Artasia at Bellview

This site was the most active and probably got the most out of the guardian activity. Because it was my last site, the students had liberty to every supply without concern of having to conserve for the next group or next week. Each group introduced something new to the activity and this group taught us how to make a superhero belt. The students had so much fun making something, playing with it, and adjusting it for play. For example, they would make a sword, use it to play, then realize its not strong enough, then come back in line to get it reinforced with more cardboard and tape. Or they originally made two hand bands then realize they actually need a shield in one of their hands. They would get back in line to get their shield and go back to playing. it was a live and immediate test field. Such a joy to experience
