Join Us at Supercrawl 2024!

Arts For All proudly presents fabric > fabric, an immersive community arts exhibition opening in the heart of Supercrawl’s Art Zone at the corner of Mulberry and James North from September 14-15.

The exhibition will feature an exhibition of two large quilts banners and a myriad of interactive looms made from clothing racks and plastic fencing that invite festival participants to weave repurposed, natural-dyed strips of donated bed sheets to create a community tapestry during the weekend-long event.

Arts For All invites families and visitors of all ages to the Artasia 2024 fabric > fabric exhibition at Supercrawl over the weekend of September 14-15 to be active participants in art and environmental artwork and celebrate the collaboration of thousands of artists, educators, and community members, creating together.

Arts For All acknowledges the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. The City of Hamilton has developed an Urban Indigenous Strategy that will strengthen the City’s relationship with the Indigenous community and help promote a better understanding among all residents about Indigenous histories, cultures, experiences and contributions.
